my laptop is back! =)
i can live without my handphone but without my trusty laptop, life was miserable. though i was able to use bro's internet but i am at his mercy and i am not really used to his system. i am such a slave to technology.
but, the prestigio service centre was not bad. they replace my faulty spacebar, tighten the panal and the whiny sound is gone. BUT BUT, the panal dimmed again last night. i hope it will be an one off thing, if not its damn sianz to sent it for repair again.
workwise, citibank really have high service standards. i must say i am impressed. this is the most professional service training that i have undergone. most companies only provide basic training and that's it, you are left to fend on your own. citibank makes sure you know your stuff and always put the customer first. and to prove that, i have a mini test tomorrow on the consumer banking products available and the system. i thought i am on holiday! =(
so i guess i better go run off and study and sleep soon. before i become real cranky again due to being sleep deprived! *dash*
