learn something new today! how to effectively make decisions. use the PrOACT method.

pretty effective. but what this method seems to neglect is what happens next after making a decision. somehow, you know what to do and what you should do but you cannot execute it. well, i am not entirely deluded. damn!

there are many things that i want to ask but yet i lack the courage to. and there is no purpose in doing so.
