dead beat. it has been a long time since i woke up at 7am.
spent the whole day having a lecture, from 8.30am to 5.30pm. though there were a few breaks. morning break, lunch break and tea break. i am feeling damn fat tdy, keep eating and eating. plus my heavy meal for dinner.
for the first half of the lecture, it was spent on talking about singapore. can ya believe it? like we can just scan and read through our own. i was dying from boredom and sleepyness. and the 2nd half was about the gems service standard. how we are suppose to provide excellent service, Goes for Extra Mile Service (gems). i am suddenly enlightened on the magnitude of the event and i am kind of glad to be able to participate in the event. the lecturer said during the launch of the 4 million smiles campaign, PM Lee was bombarded with autographs. perhaps i will stuff a small bk and pen in my grey suit. so whenever a key figure in the finance sector turns up, i will whip them out. haha. i am kidding, i think most probably i wun be able to recognise them at all.
heh tml will be my celebration dinner for the pc show. so happy! can get to have dinner with the whole gang. =) looking forward to it.
